The Challenge

Joshua Gray Heim had spent nearly a decade building a loyal clientele and a trusted reputation in Fayetteville. As he prepared to move his salon to a new location in the historic Haymount district, he saw the transition as more than a change of address. It was an opportunity to bring his brand into closer alignment with the level of work, care, and artistry he was known for.

The previous brand identity no longer reflected the refined and modern aesthetic Joshua envisioned for the next chapter of his business. The salon needed a complete visual refresh that could signal growth while still honoring the relationships and trust he had built since 2015.

The goal was clear. To create a brand identity and digital presence that positioned JCo Salon as Fayetteville’s most refined styling destination. Sophisticated yet approachable. Modern yet timeless. Polished, but always personal.
